President and Exploration Manager
Dave is a passionate explorer, bringing extensive leadership experience to the Serac team. He focuses much of his energy on finding was to align exploration solutions to client values and goals, providing technical oversight and guidance to exploration project management, and promoting a safe and engaging work environment for crew. His experience in industry includes managing drilling and mapping projects on a range of precious and base metal deposits across Canada and the United States spanning stages of the exploration development cycle from green-fields and brown-fields exploration to resource definition and active open-pit/underground mining operations.
Project Geologist
Professional exploration geologist focused on gold and base metal deposits. Alex has been actively involved in and led the design, implementation and management of exploration programs in various geological environments. His previous exploration work includes McEwen Mining’s expansion of the Grey Fox and Froome deposits, Wesdome Gold Mines Moss Lake Project and most recently AUX Resources’ various Golden Triangle projects.
Project Geologist
Darren, a professional geoscientist (P. Geo) registered in British Columbia, graduated in 2012 with an M.Sc. from St. Mary's University. He worked as an exploration geologist in Alberta, British Columbia and Yukon from 2012 to 2019, and as a Project Geologist/Project Manager from 2019-2021. He has worked mostly on porphyry gold-copper and metallurgical coal projects for such companies as TDG Gold, Riverside Resources, Triumph Gold, and QuestEx Gold and Copper.

Robert is a Geologist in Training with Engineers and Geoscientists of BC bringing over 5 years of mineral exploration experience at all levels from early greenfield to infill drilling. He earned a B.Sc. in Earth Science from Simon Fraser University. Robert is passionate about rocks and minerals and has worked in Gold, Copper, Lead and Zinc projects across BC and the Yukon.
Project Geologist
Sean, a Professional Geologist (P.Geo), brings over 6 years of experience across all levels of the exploration and mining industry. He earned a BSc from the University of Calgary and a GIS Data Management Certificate of Achievement from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. With prior experience in Northern Manitoba, Baffin Island, and Northern BC, Sean has worked on a diverse range of projects and commodities. Sean brings technical expertise in database and GIS management to the Serac team.
Project Geologist
Jon Rigg holds a B.Sc. honours degree in both geology and geophysics from the University of Waterloo. Since 2010, he has gained a wide variety of experience helping to managed surface mapping and drilling programs in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, Ontario, California, and Nevada.
Project Geologist
Colin has experience in the exploration and mining industry working on a variety of deposit types, commodities, and project stages. Before joining Serac, Colin was a Senior Project Geologist for Brixton Resources, where he helped in planning and managing exploration activities at the Thorn project. Prior to this, Colin worked at the Brucejack Gold mine and was responsible for managing the core shack for production drilling, while also building up a strong skillset as a geological modeler specializing in Leapfrog. He is a strong technical writer, geological modeler, and thrives doing steep field work in remote environments.
